Experience: 4 to 6 years with BE and 7 to 9 years with DME

Key skills: 3D design and 2D detailing, Manufacturing process, Engineering Materials, Mechanical Design and Integration
Education: UG -B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical, Automotive, Production, Industrial/PG - Post Graduation Not Required/Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
Technical skills:

  • Must have worked on Concept and Detail design having experience in surfacing, casting, plastics or Sheet metal parts
  • Must be Expert with assembly sequences, large assembly management
  • Exposure to Heavy engineering design standards and automotive components
  • Good understanding and reading complex drawings
  • Good understanding of Engineering material and standards
  • Good understanding of manufacturing Processes and methods

Job Description:
  • Coordinate with all projects related to Automotive Domain
  • To Plan, Schedule & execute the projects considering the Parameters of Quality, Cost, Time & Scope
  • To supervise and monitor the preparation of of design and drawings deliverable
  • Liaise & coordinate with BDM teams on all aspects of program / sequence of activities and work progress
  • Monitor & timely advice the Project Manager / Project Engineers on any anticipated conflict / coordination problems
  • Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents
  • Periodical inspection of site activities and any discrepancies noticed shall be brought to the notice of Account manager for any remedial action
  • To document the MOM's, do follow ups with the client, Architect & vendors to successfully complete the project
